The goal of ROI is two-fold—to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities learn the skills necessary to thrive in the workplace; and to support area business by providing competitive, high quality and time efficient finishing services. We are licensed to serve adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities that are 21 years of age or older.
We provide vocational training, personal development programs, and employment opportunities. We also support families and help them access services.
We are a not-for-profit organization – 501(c)3.
